Cameron Brink is a professional basketball player from the United States, currently playing for the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA. he is a champion of the NCAA, having played for the Stanford University basketball team, and has also secured a title at the FIBA 3×3 World Cup with the United States team.

Cameron Brink was born on December 31, 2001, in Princeton, New Jersey. She attended Mountainside High School and Southridge High School in Beaverton, Oregon, where she was honored as a McDonald’s All-American and was ranked third in her class by ESPN.

At Stanford University, Cameron Brink participated in college basketball, contributing significantly to her team’s success. In her sophomore season, she was jointly recognized as the Pac-12 Player of the Year and played a crucial role in advancing her team to the Final Four. In her junior year, she was honored with the WBCA Defensive Player of the Year award and set a record as Stanford’s all-time blocks leader. In her senior year, she achieved the distinction of being named Pac-12 Player of the Year for the second time.

Cameron Brink has achieved remarkable success by securing two gold medals with the United States at the youth international level. Furthermore, she led the national 3×3 team to triumph at the 2023 FIBA 3×3 World Cup, receiving the accolade of most valuable player (MVP) for her outstanding performance.

Selected as the second overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft, Cameron Brink joined the Los Angeles Sparks. She made her debut in the WNBA on May 4, 2024, participating in the Sparks’ first pre-season game. Cameron Brink started in the game, contributing to the team’s 84–79 victory over the Seattle Storm. In her first official appearance, she recorded 11 points, three rebounds, and two blocks in twenty minutes of play. However, on June 18, 2024, during a 79–70 loss to the Connecticut Sun, she left the game in the first quarter due to a suspected leg injury. The following day, it was confirmed that Brink had suffered a torn ACL, which unfortunately ended her season prematurely.

On December 17, 2024, Cameron Brink entered into a multiyear agreement with the Lunar Owls for the inaugural season of Unrivaled, the women’s 3×3 basketball league set to commence in 2025. However, she will not participate in the league until the 2026 season due to a knee injury.

On the international stage, Cameron Brink represented the United States at the 2018 FIBA Under-17 World Cup held in Belarus, where she averaged 3.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game, contributing to her team’s gold medal victory. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in securing another gold medal for the United States at the 2019 FIBA Under-19 World Cup in Thailand, averaging 2.0 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.

She played a significant role in her team’s success, culminating in a gold medal victory, and was awarded the title of tournament MVP for her exceptional performance, which included leading the field with 39 rebounds and 10 blocks. lthough Cameron Brink was initially chosen to be part of the United States 3×3 team for the 2024 Summer Olympics, her ACL injury has unfortunately put her participation on hold indefinitely.
